Collaterals
These are general templates I created for user testing projects—covering pre-testing emails, consent forms, one-on-one moderator scripts, and post-testing emails. One key learning from creating the moderator script was adding prompts like “Thank you for your feedback” and “Does anyone else have any questions?”—these help maintain the flow of the session and ensure participants feel acknowledged at each step.

We will be asking simple questions about your experiences, and if you feel uncomfortable at any time, you don’t need to answer.
